Back in SA
Hi everyone
So I'm back in SA again. I'm going to the docter on Monday so I'll know exactly for how long I will be off and what my next step will be.
I crashed in the Giro della Toscana on the 3rd stage. We were going at about 50km/h, when the bunch moved to the left when a little blue car appeared in front of me. It was parked quite scew, I almost missed it but flew over the side of the car. I can't remember crashing that hard in my whole life, I just stayed on the ground and wated for someone to help me. I broke a little bone in my wrist and at the moment I'm walking around with a masive cast. Shame the first few days I was really helpless and John lee had to do almost everything for me.
Just after my crash it was time for the world championships. It was such a nice experience seeing how passionate all the spectators was, cheering for everyone that came past even to those that came stone last. I really enjoy standing on the hills, where the vibe is always amazing and to see how the race unfolds on the big screen TV's next to the road, and to hear the crowd roar when a italian attack. Its just unbelievable.
